WebOrb Error 500.23 Vista IIS7.0

After installing WebOrb for the first time, I opened up the user manual page and received this error.

To fix the problem open a command prompt window and do the following:

1. Change the directory to: %SystemRoot%\system32\inetsrv
2. Enter: appcmd migrate config "Default Web Site/weborb30/"

Once that command is issued successfully, you should be able to open the WebOrb user guide page without receiving the 500.23 error.
