To find the info for another IP address simply change the value of the ip address located in the URL textbox and press "Lookup Address Info".

IP Address Location Finder
Here is a simple IP address location information lookup client. The client uses the webservice provided by http://www.ipinfodb.com/ to lookup the information for the requested IP address. The application was built using WPF and the WCF REST Starter kit. The WCF REST Starter kit can be found at: http://aspnet.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=24644
